1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

• "cr88", "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the cr88 platform, its owners, operators, and authorized representatives providing online betting and gaming services through the website https://cr88.cam and associated domains.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the cr88 platform, used to access services, place bets, and manage funds.

References to singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Words importing one gender include all genders.

• Notify cr88 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to use your account or access the platform using your credentials.

2.3 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of persons are expressly prohibited from registering or using cr88 services:

• Employees, contractors, or affiliates of cr88 and their immediate family members
• Employees of gaming software providers, payment processors, or other service providers to cr88
• Professional bettors or syndicates using automated systems, bots, or fraudulent methods

3. Account Security and Verification

3.1 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

• Address Verification: Submission of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence (dated within the last 3 months) clearly showing your full name and residential address matching the address registered on your cr88 account.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of yourself holding your identification document next to your face, ensuring both your face and the ID details are clearly visible.

cr88 reserves the right to request additional documentation or verification at any time, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership, source of funds documentation, or enhanced due diligence checks for high-value accounts.

3.2 Account Security Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if offered by cr88
• Never share your login credentials with any third party
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices
• Regularly monitor your account activity and report any suspicious transactions immediately

cr88 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security, including but not limited to phishing attacks, credential sharing, or use of compromised devices.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Policies

cr88 supports deposits via all major Indonesian banking channels including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia, Bank Permata, and e-wallet services including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

• Minimum deposit amount: Rp 50,000
• Maximum deposit amount varies by payment method (typically Rp 50,000,000 per transaction for major banks)
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though some payment methods may take up to 15 minutes
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Policies

Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods registered in your name and previously used for deposits. To protect against fraud and money laundering:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100,000
• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal request will be processed
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on verification status and payment method
• You must wager your deposit at least one (1) time before withdrawal, even if no bonus was claimed (anti-money laundering requirement)

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

• Freeze accounts and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities

• Close accounts and confiscate funds if AML violations are detected

5. Betting Rules and Policies

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the cr88 platform are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn once confirmed
• Bets are only valid once you receive on-screen confirmation and a unique bet reference number
• Minimum bet amounts vary by market and sport (typically Rp 10,000 for most markets)
• Maximum bet amounts, payout limits, and odds are determined by cr88 at its sole discretion and may be adjusted at any time
• cr88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraud, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of system errors

5.2 Settlement and Results

Bet settlement is conducted as follows:

• Sports bets are settled based on official results published by the governing sports authority or league
• Live in-play bets are settled based on the score or outcome at the time the bet was placed, not the final result
• Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are final
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, specific settlement rules apply (see sport-specific rules)
• cr88's decision on all bet settlements is final, except in cases of obvious error where we reserve the right to correct payouts

5.3 Voided Bets and Obvious Errors

cr88 reserves the right to void bets and reverse payouts in the following circumstances:

• Obvious errors in odds, results, or payout calculations
• Technical malfunctions affecting bet placement or settlement
• Bets placed after an event has started (for pre-match markets) or after the outcome was already determined
• Bets placed using fraudulent methods, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or violating betting rules
• Bets placed by persons prohibited from using cr88 services (underage, self-excluded, restricted jurisdictions)

In the event of an obvious error, cr88 will void the affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-bet state. This decision is final and not subject to appeal.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical failures, including but not limited to server downtime, connection issues, or software malfunctions
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in odds, results, or payouts
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of the platform
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the cr88 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cr88 is licensed, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.1 Account Closure and Suspension

cr88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Multiple account creation
• Bonus abuse or exploitation
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• Inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months
• Request from regulatory authorities or law enforcement

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses and winnings derived from violations) will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or obligations. cr88 is not liable for any losses resulting from account suspension or closure.

11.2 Amendments to Terms

cr88 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of cr88 services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
